It was a cold afternoon to be protesting, given that most of the networks and viewers were focused on the Toronto plain crash.
Why would i care if someone shuts down a road in Calif.. And i coud care if the COWARD Thumpty gets pissed, as thats the way he lives his life.
I LOVE IT, SHUT IT DOWN, why only a day, DO IT A WEEK OR MORE.
I go to Simply Wholesome in LA somewhat regularly. Yesterday, it was on SMASH. Parking lot was full. The patio was also practically full. I asked the server about the crowd and she said the majority of folks were there as part of the economic boycott.
Simply Wholesome is a Black-owned Carribean restaurant and health food store that is a LA staple. Seeing this yesterday was pretty inspiring. It shows that people care and are prepared to fight.
If you’ve been asking, what could a 24 hour boycott accomplish? It can mainly show that it can be done. It’s getting people into the habit of resistance.
