MSU punter had his pooch kicks to pin Iowa inside the 10 going same distance if not further than our punters normal kicks. Let the true freshman we brought in give it a shot because they guy we have now has done an awful job in the first 5 games.
Sorry to have missed the other threads on Iowa's punter but without a doubt he's hurting the team. The last 2 games it has really stood out how bad Iowa's field position has been and that obviously limits play calling. It seemed like Penn St. and Michigan St. were starting half their drives around the 50 yard line. I'm sure if this continues...a change will take place (hopefully) if not with the freshman than open tryouts.
