Obviously, Ayala / Ramos will be the feature matchup (will they start at 133?).

I was thinking the same thing. I believe he’s the last big name in the junior class we are after that hasn’t committed somewhere else. If we lose him, then Deluca will be our only top recruit in that class. Not goodIt would be nice if Blaze could somehow convince his little brother that he needs to watch his big bro watch this particular match in person.
Not good but par for the course in recruiting.I was thinking the same thing. I believe he’s the last big name in the junior class we are after that hasn’t committed somewhere else. If we lose him, then Deluca will be our only top recruit in that class. Not good
That was in November. Has a few losses since then. I know he lost to Chumbley, can’t remember who else.Blaze knocked off Scott, didn't he? He might be moving up the rankings.
Swenson (SDSU), Cardenas (Stanford), Chumbley (NW) all beat him since thenThat was in November. Has a few losses since then. I know he lost to Chumbley, can’t remember who else.
Love The Drake, but #1 is a fairly aggressive ranking at this point?Good chance of shutout. Drake is wrestling good. Ramos is built like McGee but more offensive than defensive. Ramos will make a mistake somewhere and Drake will be patient and exploit it. Im going to predict 12-7 Drake wins.

Why? He has one loss on the year and has beaten #6 Volk, #7 Smith and has 2 wins over McKee in his last 4 matches. During that time the other top contenders have all taken losses, some of them BAD losses.Love The Drake, but #1 is a fairly aggressive ranking at this point?
This is sbout as weak as ive seen 125 in yrs. Good for ayala. I’d say he certainly has the capability of winning at all. But I would say that about 10 guys at 1:25.Not really. It's been ranking by attrition in that weight class. There are no alphas and Drake is as good and better than most.
Not really, 125 been chaotic and Drake got one of the best resumes this season.. he can cement that #1 with a win over RamosLove The Drake, but #1 is a fairly aggressive ranking at this point?
It’s a pretty sacrilegious take I know, but Ayala’s one strength he has over Spencer Lee is his gas tank. After that match with McKee Drake had a ho hum look on his face and wasn’t breathing hard in the least. Ayala matches up well with Ramos. He’s smart and doesn’t fade late in matches. Should be a good one.Good chance of shutout. Drake is wrestling good. Ramos is built like McGee but more offensive than defensive. Man I totally agree with that. And come nationals with three day wins that gas tanks gonna help him a ton as long as he’s managing his weight well. He walked off that mat like he walked on it. Like I said earlier, he definitely is one of the top tier talented guys in that weight and has as good a chance as anybody to win. It’s just gonna come down to that three days and who’s hot And ready peeking at the right time which we haven’t seen out of our guys in quite quite some timeIt’s a pretty sacrilegious take I know, but Ayala’s one strength he has over Spencer Lee is his gas tank.
