This tournament shows you that teams that recruit best win national championships. I'm a believer that recruiting bests lower tier talent development. We are obviously having trouble with the development of our guys. Our seniors never seem to improve, some get worse. I agree with others posters that there needs to be a change our assistants. How are we going to ever keep pace with Ohio st and Penn st if we don't start getting more top 5 recruits

Recruiting is 98% of it. (Imo) Hawks better focus on improving their ability to recruit and retain or its game over(3rd/4th place will become the norm). Top guys will likely win wherever they go. It seems nowadays that everyone trains just as hard...
