A football is awkwardly shaped and takes weird bounces. Who knows what happens going forward based on the NW-Stanford result last year.

Iowa wasn't hurt by weird bounces today. They were dominated at the LOS.
I took TouchdownMyPants (great handle, BTW) to be saying that going forward who knows what will happen. Lot of season left.
It's a hell of an embarrassing loss, but this team can still reach all of my personal preseason hopes, which were to win the West and give OSU/UM all it can handle in the CCG.

I'm not a guy who breaks furniture or drinks until he beats his spouse. It's football. Everyone loses and the better they are, the worse it hurts.
We got exposed by one of the most fundamentally sound programs I've seen. Big ups to them, well played.
Iowa still has a good team and will beat good teams. Those who come over to chuckle at our expense still have to face us. That is what I will look forward to this year.
