You do realize replacing solar panels is easy and relatively inexpensive, right? It's also covered by insurance.

The impact of this will be far less than what the ice storm and freezing temps did a couple years ago in Texas.
Right.... It's easy to replace and insurance will cover it. How long will that take?

A few weeks I imagine. Meanwhile the rest of the facility continues to convert solar energy into electricity. What happened to the facilities in Texas during the cold spell?

Is the success of the California wws thing due to their unique geography? Is it able to be replicated in other states?
