Found this interesting from Bill Connelly, who does great research at ESPN for college football in particular.
What I found interesting here is the returning average is up. Guessing it might be due to super seniors staying for another season.
Iowa comes in at 99th on the list at 71% returning productions. Cyclones at 88%, again I think helped by the seniors returning. Interesting that near the bottom are three playoff teams in Bama, ND, and Ohio State. Of course, those folks tend to reload, especially Bama and OSU.
Anyway, thought it was an interesting piece of data.
