This specific issue is regarding summer lunches.
The answer is to provide food in boxes, not a $40 EBT card where waste, fraud and abuse often takes place.

MONEY buys food so I'm pretty sure the answer is some parents don't have enough MONEY for adequate shelter, medicine, clothes and food. Now the WHY they don't have the money for those things is complex and debatable but the answer to your question is MONEY. That is why you are dumb .
