Rich Rodriguez back to WVU after 17 years

They were fun to watch when he was there but I don't envision him having the same success this time around. That was a lifetime ago in college football and he was young. Different game today and WVU has even more disadvantages now than back in those days. Who knows though.

Rodriguez? White?
Well, to be fair, the dumbass poster who said it is obviously so fixated on color he can only see 2....white and black. Now, I'm sure he'll fire back with "Spain is Western European, so it's white". Then again, I might be giving too much credit, he might not be that smart.

In any case, congrats to Rich Rod. He took his medicine, went the small school route, successfully got Jacksonville State to the FBS and is now back in his home state. Good for him!

I'll be very curious to see how this all works out. WVU and UCF were the big dogs in their respective conferences when they coached there. Now they are at places that are functionally equal.

That damn privileged Rich growing up with a West Virginia coal miner father!

Rich rod could have had the unlv job 2 years ago, but wanted to wait to see if west Virginia came open. He’s home.

It's a great landing spot for him. He's comfortable there. I think he'll recruit well. There probably won't be another PacMan Jones, but it's the Big 12. They absolutely will have a chance to play in conference title games. I hope they win the conference, compete in the playoffs, and then he returns to Michigan to bury that program again.

Put him on ignore.
The ignore feature is to much like censorship and I oppose censorship in any form. The man has the right to his opinion and I want to hear it but that doesn't mean he shouldn't be called out when it's ludicrous.

If he goes there only to build WVU up to piss pound the clowns then it is a resounding success.

just shows how hard it is to get a coach that will make you somewhat relevant let alone CFP relevant at most schools in our division

you don't find them standing on the corner waiting for the bus.

I generally agree with you, but there are too many idiots who spout off such racist crap and will then cry if you say anything about another race(which you shouldn't). Until this hypocrisy ends I will make these people play by their own rules. You can't claim it's free speech or having a sense of humor if you can't take a response.

Censorship is when the authorities ban content, not when individuals tune out others. He may have the right to his opinion, but we have no obligation to read it. (That said, we might be wise to be very selective with the ignore feature.)
