Casey's Taco Pizza, the thing I miss the most since I moved away from the Midwest.
I was away for years and my entire family thought I was crazy when I insisted on getting taco pizza every time I visited them in Cedar Rapids. I'm back now, but I feel your pain

We should have money to spend at 184 and 285.. although stoll may be consuming a good portion (I would say 1/2 ride) we need to use the other half to get Schultz. I would assume costello is coming for no money.. atleast i hope not
It's pointless for fans to try to budget schollies when we have no idea who's getting what from year to year between 30-40 guys. I'm also not sure why you would hope Costello is getting no money. Until it becomes known that Brands lost a top recruit because there wasn't enough money to go around why would any of us want to limit how much the program helps a student athlete pay for school?

FTR, I want them all to get "full rides". I know that they don't all get "full rides" right now, so until then I hope each and every one of them gets as much as the program can afford to give them. None of us have any idea how much that is from year to year.

Ohio State has a verbal from Mattox, the 4th ranked 152, interest in David Carr, the 5th ranked 152, and Rocky Jordan, the 14th ranked 152 pounder. (Based on Intermat).
All are juniors and from the state of Ohio.

Call me an arse but we need better talent than kids that are ranked 14th at their weight in high school. I don't care what his last name is.

As a life long Chicagoan, I'm not willing to concede best pizza to New York. I can't even begin to wrap my head around going to Iowa for the best pizza on the planet.

"Gas station," and "pizza," shouldn't even be allowed in the same sentence, imho:eek:

Then you would be making a huge mistake, esp if you like in KC. Because Joe's BBQ (formerly Oklahoma Joe's) down there is the best I've ever had. Its original location looks like an old Sinclair station. Get the Zman sandwich. Brisket with onion rings on it.

i second this, and third, and fourth

Caseys is pretty good...When my Dad told me that he was grabbing pizza from a gas station when I was home for a visit, I was like "Wha?" But yea, I'd take it over Pizza Hut.

OK, as a world-renowned pizza connoisseur who seeks out the best pizza place(s) wherever I travel, I have to say Pagliaisis hands-down #1 in Iowa City, especially if you're partial to New York style pizza. There are a lot of great pizza places in I.C. (it's a college town, c'mon), but Pagliais is the best.

Just because it's a college town doesn't mean there's a lot of great pizza. Ames doesn't have shit lol. Wish we had a pagliais

Happy Joes is not far behind Casey's in the Taco Pizza realm. Nobody else comes close. Casey's Breakfast Pizza is also on another level.

The original Pagliais is in Grinnell, fantastic pizza. There is a place in Colfax, Papa Giorgios, they use Grazianos sausage, not far behind Pagliais. They are both far better than Caseys.

Iowa------Casey's Pizza and Tasty Taco in the Des moines area. Never had a carver cone, but I guess I will try it soon.

Tasty Taco: The only taco joint in Des Moines that I refuse to go back to. Not sure which I would choose between gas station pizza and fake mexican…..

Btw, I'd walk down the block to Los Laureles for Mexican if I was contemplating tasty tacos.

You don't get better pizza than New York!!! except maybe Italy. Then there's that thing they call pizza in Chicago

Maybe I missed it but, how has Mabe's in Decorah not been mentioned? The chicken cordon bleu is life changing.

Also Otto's in Portland, Maine is right at the top of the heap.
