I think what would happen is that a lot of Democrats would not bother to vote at all. Bernie does not appeal to a lot of mainstream Dems.

However the FBI does know that China, Russia, Germany, South Korea and others made attempts to gain access. What they are not saying is whether or not the attempts were or were not successful and I can only assume that those findings will be made known when the investigation is over.
It is also know that for a period of time, the server did not have any security measures in place, and that at least 5 emails Hillary received had Russian hacking malware attached to them.
