Either beginning of a true civil war or false flag to soften the blow of massive new draft for Ukraine that people have been saying Putler would do after election. Not sure which. Putler did this one already in Chechnya. Also, as has been shown in the advance in west Russia, they are thin internally for defense with so much resources in Ukraine
