Sausages

Man, you are killing me. I have a tick induced allergy to mammal meat and your picks look like an amazing eat.
Enjoy.
I’ve heard of that allergy from a friend. Dr said it will take a year before he can eat beef or pork. Till then, chicken and turkey only. Ugh.

I recall you posting about that. My condolences. I'm not much of a steak or chop eater anymore. Sausages and dogs are my meat indulgences. Would be hard to give it all up

I am two years in and still get minor flair ups due to cross contamination or undisclosed ingredients from time to time.

My Doc suggests that it will be three or four years, barring another tick bite…

BTW, lotta fish/seafood, veggies which is kinda better for my self.
Believe me, I miss a burger or BarBQ, but much else of a meat diet is meh.
On a work trip this week I had a solid feed at an old school German joint. Ooh, amazing.

If it were me I’d do a test steak once a month just to see where I’m at. Then again I got dry socket after when my wisdom teeth were pulled because I ate Doritos too soon.

My friend says he gets heart burn really bad when he eats beef and pork. Yes, he can have seafood too.

Well, the couple of times that have been the worst were… anyphylaxic shock and getting several fluid bags in the Emergency Room after passing the eff out and falling down resulting in a scar face.
Riding down the road with a work friend losing clear sight, getting dizzy, itching like a mofo and stabbing myself with an EPI.

Just a test steak you suggest ?

Yesterday was particularly good. For lunch I walked to Chicago Dog House and got a standard Maxwell St Polish (unpictured).

I then traveled to Milwaukee for a concert and before the show ate dinner at Milwaukee Brat House.

Usinger's classic brat, pepper jack cheese, giardiniera and Buffalo sauce, pretzel bun. I was a little skeptical about the Buffalo sauce. Thankfully, it was lightly applied and actually worked pretty well.

Have a solo day today, so this could just be the first round of two. Vienna Beef Polish, with the works.

Tomato, pickle spear, sport peppers, diced onion, cucumber, relish, mustard, celery salt. One of my favorites.

We're crossing streams with this one. I know that the vienna beef polish is closer to a hot dog in taste than it is a polish, but you've got it topped like a hot dog and not a polish

You're not wrong. I prefer the traditional Polish. But the gal asked if I wanted the works and I said yes. Nice switch up.
