You actually describe the problem with unnecessary coaching changes. The same dissatisfaction with the performance of the then winningest coach in school history. We haven't reached Dr. Davis's level of success. Risking a coaching change now makes no sense. FMcC will likely be done in a couple of years. I might have a different opinion were McC ten years younger, or his kids weren't living in Indianapolis. Can see the McCs returning to some great condo in South Bend, or an Indianapolis suburb.

As are a lot of "neutral site" games. ex: the Iowa women playing VT in a tourney in N Carolina in back to back years...

I'll again say he is a middlin' to low-middlin' coach who appears content nursing at the t*t of an Iowa athletics budget that rewards mediocrity. Time for Beth to clean house in both mens revenue-producing programs (assuming MBB still makes money).
