I should know this but as someone who doesn’t have ESPN+, what is featured on ESPN+ and what is on regular ESPN?

The evening sessions all three days will have ESPN coverage, the morning sessions all three days will have ESPNU coverage. If you want individual mats or Matcast, you would need ESPN plus.

I'm a little nervous about Kennedy and Arnold as they're not wrestling slouches. Both of their opponents have proven to be legit in the past, with Washington being one of the very few people to beat Carter Starocci, and Incontrera majoring PK at the beginning of last season. I hope our fellas have their game plans together prepared to battle...and on their offense early. I will completely lose my shit if either Gabe or PK lose to those two guys, especially if it's a loss in the 3rd period or OT due to lack of offense. Kennedy clearly has the goods and Gabe is one of our future Hawkeye heroes (we hope). Please, please do not underestimate Washington and Incontrera!!

Not sure if quickest, but I like TrackWrestling. Enter the NCAA wrestling champioships "Event", select Mat Assignments, select Iowa as your Team Schedule (if you mainly want Iowa guy mat info), and just refresh periodically.
