This is the kinda stuff my daughter tells me about; kids LIVE for these fights. They pre-coordinate them, film them and cheer them on. WTF is wrong with kids these days. We probably had a handful of scuffles per year in High School (almost never in Middle School) and this stuff is happening daily now.

If the only video is the one in the OP then charges will be extremely difficult. It'll be hard to identify anyone let alone their specific part based on this one video. You'd need social media postings or some other hard evidence.

If that's all you really wanted to know, then yes they should be charged with a crime; if evidence supports a murder charge, then great. I believe the prosecution will have to find evidence of "killing of another person with malice aforethought."
