Kudos to those who had McCollum as your No. 1 from the jump. I wasn't on him like you. But the more I read about him and watched, the more he drew even with DeVries, such that I'm actually more excited about the potential for the basketball program with McCollum being the head coach. I don't care what level it is, if you can win over 80% of your games, you can flat out coach.

if both poll results are accurate with a good chunk of the same participants-- more folks (60:40 for dd) wanted iowa to pursue devries even though more folks (70:30 for bm) believed that mccollum would win at a higher rate

Thanks for keeping my honest. I didn’t know anything about DeVries or Ben M … not giving credit nor being aware of what they accomplished … I wanted Iowa to get the best coach available … I am super stoked about Ben M … man, everything I’ve read about him, listened too, etc., this is a home run hire for Iowa!!!
