SIAP Teasdale?

He gave his verbal same day Spencer did. Gavin is the last piece to the puzzle to the multiple team titles. I think he starts day one at 33.

Iowa is recruiting Teske hard now. I mean offer on the table, Brands/Morningstar both in FD hard. Makes me wonder if either they fear Teasdale might decommit or they see Teske at 33 and Gavin up a weight.

I love this news personally. Teske is the best our state has right now and I hate our best going anywhere but iowa. Weights have a way of working out when there is talent.

Agree that Teske is our best in state recruit. Hard to imagine much money for him with commitments from Teasdale, Lee, and Murin at the lower weights.

Hard to imagine PSU has much money either with Hall, Suriano, Manville, N Lee, Berge, Wittlake, RBY etc etc.
Those guys are all at different weights.

I'm not saying Iowa won't get him, it will just depend on what he wants to do. Take a lot less from Iowa or go to somewhere like ISU and pay next to nothing.

It's how ISU is going to get out of the cellar..hired a great coach and have instate talent that Iowa doesn't have the room for. They will be scoring more than 1 point at nationals in the future.

PSU used 9.66 ships out of the 9.9 in fiscal year 2015-16.

The question is how does Cael manage to get so many top recruits to sign when they can't all possibly be getting full rides? There are so many other programs with good coaches that they could go to and get full rides. It doesn't add up. Wrestling isn't a lucrative sport. If these kids were smart they'd only be wrestling somewhere where they could get a full ride, unless they come from rich parents. Either way, PSU is the only program in the country right now that is able to consistently sign more top recruits, than what they are able to pay for. (meaning, these recruits could undoubtedly be getting full rides at other programs, but appear to be choosing to attend PSU at a discount).

And everyone said the same thing about Gilman and Clark.
