No confirmation... but he clearly tweaked something. When he would stand up to move back to restart he would grab his his lower rib and keep his arm by his side for comfort. He will probably be fine. Dont be surprised if he is heavily taped tonight
He made noises a couple times and took injury time in the third period. Didn't look bad, but doesn't look right. I presume it will be bothering him tonight - he could not even hold a base after he tweaked whatever it is during the third period of his quarters match.
Wow, not ever how you like to see anything happen. If he goes, he will be in pain. .... Espn was speculating ribs, cartilage. He was in pain. Only positive I can say is better then a knee or shoulder.
I'm not convinced there isn't a problem with his right knee. Minny guy was sure torquing on it for 45 seconds or so
Can someone ask mcrib on twitter for a full breakdown of a rib injury?
I've had torn rib cartlige....extremely painful and vitually impossible to twist....sit up....even move without feeling it....hope for his sake thats not what he has
He will come back and say it is a 2 year through he end of times injury.

I was at the session and heard a guy say it was torn cartilage in the ribs. I have no idea if he knew what he was talking about. He was definitely not himself the last half of the match with Kroells.
That too. I'm a side sleeper. Had a cracked rib about 10 yrs ago & you wake everytime you roll over at night.
It could help the hawks if he doesnt wrestle well. Problem is too that he won an Olympic gold and world title for USA! So to cheer against him would make you a damnear a commie.
