A prostitute is a straight business or enterprise. Its done with whomever and whenever when on the clock, it's a job. I also see it as something that is prenegotiated, I pay you this, and you do that.
I don't think what she is doing would be considered illegal, at least that's not the way I understood it.

Seems to me all they need to do is film themselves as doing an instructional video, then they would be actors not prostitutes. This is the right answer. A sugar daddy pays more for the exclusivity and discretion. Plus she isn't banging strangers every night, she has 1-4 "regulars" who pay her enough to live on.
The difference is, in the case of porn, the payer is a third party not in the sex act (or, if in it, in it with a second role). The parties on film are all recipients of money, not the payers of it.
