Special Counsel Report Says Trump Would Have Been Convicted in Election Case

So, the report turned out to be fricking OPINION!! There was no new INFORMATION or evidence anywhere to be found.

Jack Smith's stated OPINION is that they could convince a jury or judge or whomever that various crimes had been committed ... that through his cleverness in constructing a narrative and with the help of legal legerdemain, he could shade events enough to get convictions.

He should lose his law license over this crap; that is MY opinion.

Jack Smith's stated OPINION is that they could convince a jury or judge or whomever that crimes had been committed ... that through his cleverness and with the help of legal legerdemain, he could shade events just enough to get convictions.

For the record, that is not My OPINION.

Nevertheless, what else was he going to say? He should lose his law license over this crap; that is MY opinion.
So, the report from the Special Council in Hunter Biden's case was and OPINION, and can be disregarded too? I'd bet you don't think HE should lose his law license, do you?

Yes, of course, that was all opinion. All of these special counsel reports where they claim that they would have won, if only they could have gone to trial should be barred from release. None of it is Proven anywhere other than in the mind of the various prosecutors; none of it has been formally ruled on ... so keep it out of the public domain, as it is putatively an extra-legal prosecution and a tacky sort of revenge on the part of a low-class, no-class prosecutor.

Hunter is less likely to do serious damage to the reputation of attorneys in general. Jack Smith is like a cancer on the entire profession. Hunter should be allowed to keep his license.

... and besides, I kind of like Hunter. He is sort of like a failed grifter in a cheap crime novel. He gave trading on his father's name a good go, but didn't quite get there. He has a growing family of kids and ex-wives and baby mamas to support. His law license might come in handy.

I was expecting the report on him to contain a paper trail of the money he was allegedly collecting. At this point, there does not appear to be one. Either there never was a money trail or he is much brighter than the investigators and has his ill-gotten gain stashed in a hidden account in some far off land. It is also possible that he was simply outwitted by the crooks he was attempting to do business with and was never paid.

Of course he would have been convicted. He only ran to stay out of jail, then when he won, he auctioned off cabinet seats and gave Musk all the power. This allows himself to sit, crap his pants, watch Fox and come up with more outlandish, and frankly crazy, ideas for this messed up country.

So the Times illegally obtained a copy of the report. Someone should go to jail, and it isn't Trump.

Trump should shut down the NY Times, until they oust who gave them the report.

LOL - it’s not illegal.

But love how your first response is to silence the free press in violation of the First Amendment.

MAGA BAU

It was to be given to Congress, not to the public or press. It's illegal for the report to be given to the NY Times.

The New York Times is an accessory to a crime.

He's already a convicted felon. This is just more felonies. It's like you're acting like what he did was completely out of character. It wasn't. It was completely in character.
Lol, I’m not acting that way at all. I think the majority of humans following along with this case knew what the end result was and should have been. Trump won the election so it’s moot but now it’s political fodder for you partisans to use.

They knowingly obtained and published information that was not to be made publicly available. They and the party that shared the information should be held accountable.

No they are not. You should read the Supreme Court’s Bartnicki opinion.

But you won’t.

Carry on with your “shut down the media” even though it did nothing wrong.

Polish your MAGA credentials. Carry on.

You are acting that way. Even this post screams foul that people dare complain about this.

77 million idiots let an insurrectionist and rapist off the hook. This country is breathtakingly stupid. Those are the takeaways, LOL

“People dare complain” haha. You have a warped mind of taking my opinion of it really not mattering any more and acting like I’m telling people not to talk about it lol.

If anything it will be more of an annoyance and noise of what is already happening around this Trump administration. But certain individuals different ways. Different strokes Huey

A very likely conviction is an annoyance? This continued sanewashing of Trump kills me.

A conviction that never happened. A hypothetical conviction, as I pointed out in my original post just like I thought the hypothetical Alabama CFP nonsense was annoying.

You can like it or not but it literally does not matter going forward as he was elected haha. You can cope with this by calling it Trump sanewashing or whatever you want to do.

Because the GOP obstructed justice. Period

So it’s a hypothetical and annoying? Glad we could agree. The election happened already Chis, you might be better suited wasting your energy on trying to find a leader for the democrats compared to going down a hypothetical conviction that has no bearing on anything.

The anything but Trump playbook failed in 2024. Let’s look at getting some good candidates on the left to compete in 2026

So, sorta like Eric and Don Jr, except without the stealing from a childrens cancer charity?

Lulz.

4 years and the dude comes out with "if they would have looked at this this way and this this this way I think we would have won."

Meanwhile, ignore all the illegal shit I had to do to duct tape this flimsy ass case.....

He played you.
I think the playbook on this argument is to try to find any legal missteps/transgressions in a case and to use it to invalidate the wider effort. Fox has been doing this forever, for example. The problem is that they often point missteps/transgressions that are common and don't amount to much.

They scream bloody murder because it's to their political advantage -- they're not sticklers for law.

Why do you hate the first amendement and the Supreme Court?

I'd say it will be fun prosecuting biden for stealing all those documents he stored in his garage but gadland's boy already deemed him too retarded to be held accountable. Maybe a new AG will think differently 🤔
