Well I’m around the central Pennsylvania area and live in a small town. You got me.No, he's actually from a small town in central PA. You probably haven't heard of that town.
4x sectional qualifierCome on guys. I doubt he got pushed around by ISU and Iowa wrestlers. He was a sectional champ. https://www.facebook.com/UDWrestlin...nt-communication-management/3315175488538113/

Checks….Going to be a bunch of zero's on the check the State of Iowa will be writing.
It should have been done already, imo.Brian Sanger is going to get fired. Troy Nelson is going to get fired. Can you imagine the meetings going on at DCI right now. Heads are going to roll.....
State champion if memory serves.Chris Sandy is a former wrestler.👊
Hey, maybe we found a way to fund the HWC.Going to be a bunch of zero's on the check the State of Iowa will be writing.
If you meant overeach by a few individuals in LE, I'd agree.Gonna turn out pretty disappointing for ppl expecting heads to roll. Slap on the wrist, a big my bad apology, oh and everyone affected still hosed. Overreach by the govt
Thank the current Iowa AG!
A buddy me reminded how the state auditor got after Barta on the law suits. Wonder what he’s thinking now?
The governor’s statement was a vague show of support for the department during a contentious investigation. No chance that she was aware of the particulars, and I’m sure she regrets that statement nowAnd governor who "wholeheartedly supported the investigation".
^^^The AG is probably the highest up the ladder this investigation got.The governor’s statement was a vague show of support for the department during a contentious investigation. No chance that she was aware of the particulars, and I’m sure she regrets that statement now
its funny how law enforcement becomes "the government" as soon as they do something people don't likeIf you meant overeach by a few individuals in LE, I'd agree.

Not sure qualified immunity would apply if an athlete can prove the DCI agent engaged in a knowing violation of a constitutional right. The facts, as alleged, look pretty bad for the DCI agent doing the unauthorized search.they may get disciplined but most likely not fired. this practice has geen going on with the FBI for some time. DCI agents are also covered under “qualified immunity”, so most likely no money from law suites.
Well said by Dresser. I think this is one thing he and Tom see eye to eye on.We might not agree with Cyclone fans on much but on this one we can all agree.
“I hope all of these athletes at Iowa and Iowa State take the State of Iowa to the cleaners.”
- Cyclone Wrestling head coach Kevin Dresser

Yes, but frequently the FBI may nab some serious criminal by dubious means. Not just get a some random athlete to lose a year of eligibility.they may get disciplined but most likely not fired. this practice has geen going on with the FBI for some time. the FBI was caught accessing over 300,000 phone records of individuals with no probable cause and no warrants. all this acknowledged buy a district court judge, with no administrative actions taken against agents or higher ups. pretty much what happen here.Yes, but frequently the FBI may nab some serious criminal by dubious means. Sometimes I just love what a huge d@ck Tom is.
Qualified immunity only protects against money lawsuits based on violations of constitutional rights that are not firmly established. Rummaging through phone records without a warrant, or even probable cause, is illegal to a certainty under the 4th amendment. There is no qualified immunity. These agent knew what they were doing was illegal.they may get disciplined but most likely not fired. this practice has geen going on with the FBI for some time. DCI agents are also covered under “qualified immunity”, so most likely no money from law suites.
certainly hope that you are right here with the DCI as well as with the FBI who have been doing the same thing for some time, only far more extensively.Qualified immunity only protects against money lawsuits based on violations of constitutional rights that are not firmly established. AA at Wartburg I think. His brothers were wrestlers as well with John Jr being a District 3 judge appointed by Kim.Chris Sandy is a former wrestler.👊
They won't have to pay personally but the State of Iowa will. They're going to get fired, I promise you.they may get disciplined but most likely not fired. this practice has geen going on with the FBI for some time.
