Watched Stanford beat a nationally ranked Washington team last night. Found it very interesting that Stanford now has 7 OL players out with season ending injuries. For this reason they now only have 6 healthy OL players and were going with 4 true freshman. All that considered, they rushed for 200 yards and passed for 300 yards while giving up only 1 sack.
I’ve read a lot of posters on here state that our problems in the O-Line are related to the zone blocking scheme and protection scheme issues. I’m going to join that camp until they prove me wrong and play well against quality competition. Thoughts?
