Start Date for Practice

I did a little checking and did not see it.....I saw that KU posted some pictures on twitter that showed they had begun practice.

Can anyone tell me, or direct me to a place where we can find the official date that practice starts?

I believe the offical start date is 42 days before their 1st Regular Season game. (Teams are allowed 30 practices during that 6 week window)

This makes it September 29 for Iowa.
