Deacon is gonna transfer back. Gives us the best chance to win.
We're going to the portal. Now that Tim is here, he's actually going to try and find someone.
Should we check back with ya around 5 or 5:30?
Yes next spring or so. See what spring ball looks like, maybe a portal QB and competition from the QB room.

That’s too late. Most of the really good QBs transfer during the winter portal and before spring ball. Yeah, we did ok with Sully but I think we could have done better if TL had been in place in December like every other new OC. And we don’t need to watch spring practice to conclude that we could really use a quality game-ready P4 QB.
Edit - and that’s even if ML doesn’t transfer, which I think he will.

KF always says players don’t lose their roster spot because of an injury
I know this a joke, but it wouldn’t surprise me if KF had a team of lawyers trying to find some sort of loophole to give Cade another season of eligibility.
Maybe the lawyers who defeated his next door neighbor?
I think we go after a big programs back-up that leaves. Or a successful fcs guy making the jump. Idk how much it moves
the needle but they will compete against Sully for starter next year.
My guess is Lainez is gone
