sparty really sh!t themselves tonight. That is not a very good nw team and yet they took msu to the woodshed in the second half.
B1G will be as much of a meat grinder this year as it's ever been. If they manage a full 20 game schedule(which I don't think is likely) 14 wins could take the regular season title.

Michigan St has played down to their competition consistently this year. It was bound to bite them at some point.
They’ve only beaten one probable tournament team to this point. It wouldn’t be so much of an issue if they looked convincing in other games.
Still, Izzo’s hard to bet against in March.

Any team that overlooks ANY other B10 team.....is asking for trouble.

Last year's success brought their cocky fans back out of the woodwork. Today's loss should stop them comparing this team to the 89 and 05 teams.
