The left is critical of red states bussing migrants out of their area. What does the left have to say about this video?

Nah, this is way bigger than just business wanting low wage workers. Just look at what's happening in the cities these migrants are ending up in. They're completely overwhelmed.
But it’s the flawed system that had been ignored for decades that has lead to this. Americans aren’t used to having to pay for their mistakes. We’ve all preferred to kick the can down the road and let the future generations handle it. Well the bill is due.

If by "we've all" you meant to say, "pos politicians" I agree. And save the they represent us, they don't. By and large Americans have wanted substantial immigration reform but shitty DC pols, and most egregiously the current administration, has allowed this to become a complete disaster.

While I don't disagree with your premise, what we've seen for the past couple of years is FAR BEYOND what businesses want and big donors want... unless you're talking about the remake America donors like Soros, then yes obviously this is what they want.

George Soros, a Hungarian-American billionaire investor, philanthropist, and political activist, has long been the subject of intense scrutiny and conspiracy theories, particularly from right-wing circles.

Firstly, it's important to understand the origins of this paranoia. Soros, known for his progressive political views and generous donations to liberal causes, has become a lightning rod for criticism and conspiracy theories from conservative quarters. His support for liberal organizations, advocacy for democracy and human rights, and outspoken criticism of authoritarian regimes have made him a target for those who oppose his ideological positions.

Secondly, the paranoia surrounding Soros often takes the form of baseless conspiracy theories that attribute malevolent intentions and vast influence to him. These conspiracy theories portray Soros as a shadowy figure orchestrating global events behind the scenes, manipulating currencies, funding protests, and even orchestrating regime change. Such narratives play into deep-seated fears and prejudices, tapping into anti-Semitic tropes and xenophobic sentiments.

Furthermore, the spread of these conspiracy theories has been facilitated by the rise of social media and echo chambers, where like-minded individuals reinforce and amplify each other's beliefs. False information and sensationalized claims about Soros circulate widely, contributing to the erosion of trust in mainstream media and institutions and deepening societal divisions.

Moreover, the foolish right-wing paranoia surrounding Soros has real-world consequences. It fuels hatred, intolerance, and violence, as seen in the rise of anti-Semitic attacks and hate crimes targeting Soros and those associated with him. By demonizing Soros and portraying him as a sinister puppet master, conspiracy theorists dehumanize him and justify extreme measures against him and his supporters.

In conclusion, the foolish right-wing paranoia surrounding George Soros is a dangerous phenomenon that reflects and reinforces broader trends of polarization, disinformation, and intolerance in society. By demonizing Soros and promoting baseless conspiracy theories about him, right-wing actors sow division, undermine trust in democratic institutions, and perpetuate hatred and violence. It is imperative to challenge and debunk these paranoid narratives, uphold the values of reason, tolerance, and evidence-based discourse, and work towards a more inclusive and compassionate society.

Have relatives in the Ag business. Who subcontract out a lot of the manual labor. That’s their way of saying they don’t employ illegals :)
If most people didn’t want illegals. They would never eat out. Stay at hotels. Or have landscaping done.
The rhetoric I read doesn’t match the reality I see IRL.

What AI service do you pay for? Or is it a free version. I work with a group of developers and will ask which one is better for you, Ese.

A border executive order yes, covid lockdown no. C'mon man! I got stuck twice because of a high risk family member and what Fauci was saying at the time. Not once since, you are trying too hard.

I hope no one is ever a victim of identity fraud.

Then what executive order not related to COVID-19 are you referencing that would drastically reduce illegal crossing?

in reality, most americans are "against illegal immigration" in the same way that they are against "factory farming" or "damaging the environment"

if you ask us, yes, we're generally against it...but we aren't really willing to educate ourselves or change any spending habits to make that stance translate into action

Again laughable and again great rep.
Saying something is laughable doesn't disprove it. Just because you don't like it doesn't disprove it. There are dozens of threads presenting evidence for how people throwing accusations at Biden are not only wrong, they are lying and promoting Russian disinformation so many of them can be considered to be Russian assets. You? You just call it laughable because actually trying to prove your point is impossible and you know this.

Nope, Russian assets? Not even worth my time, talk about brain washed. Sucker born every minute.

Kelly Osbourne, is that you?

Make all the jokes u want. But all I read is deport, deport, deport. Which doesn’t stop the flow. Only sends them back to the end of the line. To go ahead and venture across the border again. Or we need to close the border. With no real feasible way to do it. Thanks to geography and the traffickers ability to circumvent barriers . Either by punching holes in them. Digging under them or climbing over them. Or also simply overwhelming them with sheer numbers.
Get Mexico to control its Siuthern border. And striking deals with them and other nations from an economic incentive is the way to control things. Set up a system that allows us to fill labor needs and track the migrants. And deport and punish rule breakers. The incentive needs to be stronger to follow the law.

The left isn't being critical because red states are bussing migrants our of their states, they're being critical because red states are bussing migrants INTO blue states (cities specifically).
