Not to mention, the ref is literally standing RIGHT THERE on the line where it should have been spotted and still screwed it up........That is horrible. It’s easily a full yard short

Looks to me like a Hawkeye -- 38? -- takes a cheap shot at Peavy after the play is over.

Terrible no-call, no question about that.
Now you guys have an idea of what we put up with in the Big XII. The refs don't think PI exists. You ought to see what Kansas State gets away with on a regular basis. There was a play significantly worse than this last year on ISU's last possession. The official on the play called it, but the referee picked up the flag. It turned out to be the ball game.
Whether this would have changed the game Saturday or not is another question. You might well be right. It certainly would have been a huge factor.
I never saw a replay of when they called us for offsides when we clearly didn’t make contact, got back on our side, and didn’t cause the OL to move.
Can you do a gif of the pass break by Ojemudia (around early to mid 4th quarter)?
It’s being referred to as the PI Iowa got away with. Looked like good D to me.
4th quarter - 4:00 mark.
wasn't that the one where the ball was tipped?
That is a bad no call, db didn`t look back at the ball just hit Fant well before the ball got there. Couple of the spots were terrible as well. Both terrible spots were in the clowns favor.
Someone just requested this one but deleted their post. Anyway, good find on what looks like a punch by 10 on Young (look above Wirfs). Guess it could have been to the shoulder but Toren's head looks like it moves quite a bit.

That's what I thought at the time...that there was contact.
I think it was the right call... it appears to me that #75 reaches his hand out and touches #94...
the odd part was the delay in the call... makes me wonder if there was communication from the booth.
I didn't call it a terrible hit. I was pointing out that it looks like the first extracurricular contact after the play was instigated by an Iowa player. But there's no way to tell what might have been going on under the pile.Looked like 38 pushing Peavy away from from Iowa back so he could get up. I would not call that a terrible hit by any means.
The anoouncer sure loved it. Lol. Thought it was a great play. That is a bad no call, db didn`t look back at the ball just hit Fant well before the ball got there. Couple of the spots were terrible as well. Both terrible spots were in the clowns favor.
