Think Big 10 officials are bad?

Anyone see the horrible non-call at the end of Florida-Auburn?

Not calling a foul in certain situations drives me crazy. If it’s a foul, call it. If not, don’t. Choosing not to call a foul because “you can’t call one in that situation” is one of the worst things about, not only basketball officiating, but officiating in general (see NFL non-PI in the playoffs).

That said, Big 10 officials do suck

Nothing that happens elsewhere will change the fact that Big 10 officiating is awful. I kid you not the officials at my 4th graders game were spot on and excellent. Sure, the tempo isn't as quick but call the calls and don't call what is not there.

I agree Big 10 officials suck. They aren’t the only ones!

I also agree about fouls.....if it is a foul in the first second it’s a foul in the last second. You can bet if it were Iowa they would have called it!
