BTW for those who love to read tea leaves, Justice Thomas did not participate in today's arguments. Before folks get their hopes up that he is at death's door, note that the Court is scheduled to issue opinions the next two days, and Justice Thomas has not yet written a majority opinion, so he could be finishing his homework.
