It will be interesting if your post draws any backlash. I agree but have tried to keep away from politics in this thread, but I wonder if the only people still in this thread are not MAGA types.

You really can’t take politics out of this war when the true hardline MAGA types right up to very top have been pushing same talking points as Russia on Ukraine and did their damndest to block funding. The disinformation and propaganda of Russia and MAGA flow from the same well and have been for 8 years.
Northern will take the Kamala is distilled evil quotes and post it as fact in one of his threads. It is hard to not intertwine politics when Russia is so determined to interfere in Western elections, and who leads the US matters so much.
A large music festival was held in Kyiv for the first time since Russia invaded Ukraine. There is an argument that this is an extravagance in a time of war, but it also served as a morale booster, and a much needed break.
I'm shocked that Russia didn't bomb the festival.
