Russian fast jets have conducted only limited sorties in Ukrainian airspace, in singles or pairs, always at low altitudes and mostly at night to minimise losses from Ukrainian man-portable air defence systems (MANPADS) and ground fire.

My guess is their day one losses in planes and helos scared the crap out of them and they've been cautious since.

I probably pushed a bit too hard asking why they didn't ban russian trolls earlier than this past week, but one little nugget I got out of that conversation was that Russia was second in ad revenue for FB/Meta.
