This might be a little tougher than Putin thought...

Don't think Ukraine has the mobile army or air superiority to do so (thanks NATO) but Germany got in trouble when they went all in on Stalingrad and let their allies defend their flanks. The Soviet Union sliced through those allies and surrounded the German 6th Army.
Just wondering what could happen if that Ukrainian advance near Kharkov could continue north and east.

No way Ukraine goes into Russian territory.
 
Nice research. Yeah, @torbee totally owes some central Iowans. Reading that thread again makes me know that I have early on-set dementia. I can remember things to a dime 20 years ago what happened, but 1 year ago, smh.

Own up torbee. If I had lost, it would have been one hell of a bill at Rubes Steakhouse. But I would have done it. Although, things could been worse with others wanting to get involved with BJ's.
I now vaguely remember that bet. Dang was I confident in Luka and the boyz! They *did* go 4-1, so it wasn’t an insane bet - but yeah, I lost.
