This might be a little tougher than Putin thought...

"But in the view of Gen. Jonas Vytautas Zukas, who until 2019 was the Lithuanian military’s commander in chief, “World War III has already started.”

“This is like 1939, when Hitler attacked Poland and no one believed it would lead to a world war,” he said."
Yeah, I'm thinking Hitler had a bit more military power (relative to those he attacked) than Putin does now (excluding nukes, of course). In addition, the Germans were better soldiers than Putin's bunch will ever be.

When this over, we may never make fun of Poland again.

The Polish people are rewriting the book. In addition to the monumental task, underway with smiles and hugs, of taking in an amazing 4% of the Ukrainian population so far….
The Poles have offered weaponry and are a primary conduent of Western armaments to date.

Those people are flipping showing all of us how it is done.
Kudos to those stout and steadfast people.

I already knew this. My small home town produced 1 Polish WW2 Ace Col. Gabreski and another, his cousin that missed it by 1 kill.

Preparing to Implement an Extreme Sanctions Package on the Russian Federation including a Full Trade Embargo and Banning Russian Ships from Strategic International Waterways like the Panama Canal or Strait of Gibraltar.
So that the Russians just say, ‘shucks, guess you captured our fleet in the Med by signing a piece of paper’, or so that we can be sure the shooting ratchets up the parties involved?

That’s just trying to maneuver Russia into firing the first shot.
And while I think that’s possible, the potential outcomes are way worse that what is currently faced.

Naval blockade isn’t ‘extreme sanctions’, it’s an act of war.
