So we started 3 disabled injured players at Guard against Oregon. Not surprising we get 0...0...and 0 from those three starters. After the game we get confirmation that all three had one good body between them. We may not have beaten them on that particular day, but starting JT, Perkins and Keegan would'nt have been worse. Now I'm going back and put a lot of butter on that burnt toast. 😎❤️🏀

The part that got me was with 3 minutes left in half as the bench was clawing back he went back to the lineup that got the defecit.
They had actually taken a 4 point lead. He brought in the starters for 8 straight clock minutes and we were down 16. I've been a big defender of Fran, but this year with the minute distribution (Conner and Jbo got way too many minutes) along with this decision has put me in the ready to move on camp.

It’s a game. Let it go.

That being said, I'm not sure Fran has shown the capacity or willingness to make the tough roster changes at crucial moments where they are most necessary. I love the guy, but we have seen these same types of results year in and year out for a reason. He's a good coach, but he's not great, especially when it comes to making the types of adjustments that may go against the grain or potentially hurt some player's feelings.

The guys in question didn't really log that many minutes. The reserves played as well as they could, but it wasn't enough. If the reserves had started the second half, the starters would have still logged some minutes. The outcome would have been the same.

Fran wants to win more than anyone on this board. I don't think he plays guys so their feelings don't get hurt.
