Want to bring my kids to the game thursday v. Seton Hall and was curious on how to get the best tickets. I know this time of year is much easier but my kids are younger and would really like to get good seats. Wife(no pictures) wants to go as well so i need 5 which also could be a problem unless we split up. suggestions? stubhub, scalp out in front, etc.

I'd buy them from the ticket office now to get 5 tickets together. The game is U of I faculty and staff night. They get in free with ID and can purchase guests tickets for $5. If you can get that hooked up it's by far your cheapest option.
A minimal risk is to buy tickets off stubhub for $6 and move around. There will be tons of seats available.
this is what we did for Kennesaw St. got the tickets off of stubhub, all in totally dif sections of the arena, and then just looked for an empty row and setup shop. Im sure there will be more fans at the SH game but I bet you could still pull it off.
However... I think I'll stay put for the ISU game.
