Colin "never won a major ever" Montgomerie probably shouldn't publicly voice his opinion (and double down on it) regarding when Tiger should retire.

Is Tiger going to win again? Almost no chance I feel, but he's still good for the game and brings a ton of eyeballs to the sport.
