So Iowa offers a QB in Texas and then ISU does later in the day. ISU is like the out of office reply - sorry we don’t know you but if Iowa offered then we do too.
Except when ISU is underwhelmed and blast it across the Internet for all to see.

Meaning toks careers is done.. sucks.. toks beat out Derrick Mitchell a proven back whe. He was a freshman,the kid was prolly looking at a bright future..
There were a lot of arguments where people were claiming he was better than DMX. Some making the claim before he ever took a snap. I wish Toks the best but can't understand why KF is being cryptic.
I’d be cryptic too, in reality Kirk has a good idea what’s going on just not 100 on everything, but he knows toks is done. But saying he is open to grad transfer isn’t a great sign
What toks is going through isn’t for Kirk to share open to the public, yes we all want to know. But at the end of the day do we need to know.. remember this is a 20 year old kid going through an extremely tough time.. if toks wants us to know he will let us know

To me that says they are not sold on K. Bryan, unfortunately.
Might be more of a leadership/ experience reason. A quick look at the roster and it is strictly freshmen and sophomores. Bring in someone who has some experience. Might not be the major ball carrier for us, but leadership could help.
There is Federal Law that dictates the ability of people to release information relating to both the status of their health (HIPPA) and to students (FERPA). Without a waiver signed by Toks, Kirk and the university are simply not allowed to share some information about him.
Bryan is young and inexperienced. With Toks out of the picture, they're likely open to an infusion of experienced depth. Furthermore, while they ARE very high on IKM ... he also has a history of ball-security issues. While they're waiting for IKM to work through those issues - they likely still want somebody who they can trust to complement Toren.
