Your version and understanding of the rule book is terrible. Not only does the 2nd Amendment not define guns (whatever that means), but yours apparently stops before the 14th Amendment as well.

Amd. 14, Sec. 1 "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." If you want to be an absolute strict constructionist with respect to the 2nd Amendment, good luck explaining (use strict constructionism) how states can deny equal protection to those wanting to marry a person of another race. Equal protection is an explicit right listed in the constitution.
