Agreed. But there is another option ... include our WR's in the passing attack for a change. Even our RB's. Limiting the passing game to our #3 and #4 TE's is insanity. They will be sitting ducks for the Goopher defense.
Mind boggling the ineptitude of Kirk and Brian on offense.

Why not some rb bubble screens or some simple throws to get them out in space? We have some stud RBs it looks like and if WR ain't cutting it you can still get the other RBs involved

I'll never understand not throwing to our RBs. Gives them some space. Simple throws. Not screens. Those always get blown up.

With all of our injuries + suddenly being talked about (as ridiculous as it sounds) in the CFP conversation + talking heads basically giving us the West with five games to play, etc....this team doesn't need to just be on turd alert for the rest of the season, they need to be on **Double-Secret 24/7 DEFCON 1 Amber Turd Alert**.
Watching Iowa get embarrassed on the biggest stages never gets old. IF Iowa wins out and goes to the bigten championship game it means they will also get a high profile bowl game. IF that happens Iowa will have played in three high profile games against nationally relevant teams this season. It also means three embarrassing, blowout losses. It’s so enjoyable watching you turds get so excited just to have the rug pulled out and you do a massive face plant. It never gets old. Iowa is truly the “fake id of CFB”.

When you play every game with one arm (the offense) tied behind your back, every game is tough.
Toughest game left on schedule is hard to determine until we know who the referees are for each game….including the “off site” replay officials.
