Trump announces he is pardoning January 6th shitebags

Do you? The fact that you don’t know when SCOTUS overturned him they essentially accused him of misusing federal code and came close to calling it prosecutorial misconduct is not surprising to me. One example of many mistrials, etc. It’s really common knowledge. I’m surprised this is the hill you choose to die on.
lol. From the guy that accused me of using “big words”.

Documentation to back up your statement.

I’d be interested in seeing who you know who is guilty of prosecutorial misconduct.

I have a few over the last 30 years one for sure has been disbarred.

I won’t t hold my breath for your response.

I’d give my students at least 24 hours for the response.

Trump let people who assaulted cops out of prison.
Judges and prosecutors are meaningless at this point. Your guy let cop beaters out of prison.
Did anything happen to the summer of love protesters who injured hundreds of cops and killed police officers?

Cop beaters. Every word you posted is drivel. He let people prosecuted for beating cops out of prison. That’s a sad fact.
This is on you.
It is on me. At least I have some facts. You call it drivel and post based on emotion. I’d rather be me.

You aren’t aware. Of course you aren’t aware.

lol. I have a posse of parents and fellow teachers that love me.

And, if you doubt me, I don’t give a flying *f. There are a few on here that know me in the flesh.

I don’t talk out of my hind end.

At any rate, carry on. I’d rather have salon with Tor, Rocky Nole, DFS, Goldmom, sober teacher, Brian, several of you Hawks (trying to keep you straight in my head, too many hawk somethings) (sorry can’t remember everyone, but I think you know who)

Did you look up those cases by Jack Smith? You remember, you said I couldn’t document his history. I did. Did you look up the actual facts I gave you, or are you still stuck on bragging about your background trying to impress everyone on here?

You seemed so strong in your statement about following the Constitution. It should be interesting reading for someone who claims to understand federal code as well as you claim to understand it.

Two things are true on this topic,
1. The feds way over charged the non violent among the J6 protesters.
2. Pardoning those that were violent on J6 is a really bad move by team Trump.
Sooo...as long as they just followed the folks in who beat police officers, they were barely more than tourists who got "lost"?

Panama over the canal. Mexico going in after the cartels and most likely annexing parts of Northern Mexico. Denmark wanting them to give up Greenland. Canada annexing parts of the Northwest Passage I believe.
People may say the saber rattling is part of a negotiation strategy. But if it’s never used countries will call the bluff.

We sending in the Brownies to make it a fare fight?

He did......cold blooded murderer of two FBI agents with families, but, J6, J6, J6.......
There is more than a little doubt that Peltier was the shooter. In fact, it is well known the Feds withheld evidence that showed he was likely not the shooter who killed the agents.

Coming from a liberal agitator who sends his wife around the country to stir up shit, I'll pass on believing your well written legal appeal for leniency for the CONVICTED animal who was so innocent he fled the country!

They are like brain dead echo chambers who won't touch this, but J6, J6, J6! lol >

Exactly what I was reading earlier - interesting how the Left suddenly loses an eye and can't read when the story is flipped onto them.

Tolerant the left is as long as you agree with their ideology and deplorable morals.

I'm curious if he pardoned the ones who destroyed property or attempted to attack cops. Those types should stay in jail.

I don't have a problem with pardoning the nonviolent trespassers, especially given the pardons Biden just issued. The non-violent J-6ers are guilty of far less than some of the people Biden just pardoned.

Trump commuted the sentences of individuals associated with the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers, who were convicted of seditious conspiracy. He then issued "a full, complete and unconditional pardon to all other individuals convicted of offenses related to events that occurred at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021," a category that included people who assaulted law enforcement officers.

There's a lot of language there made to sound much more sinister than anything anyone did. I know the headlines said he pardoned "almost everyone" convicted of J6 crimes. To me, that means some were not pardoned. That's what matters...who wasn't pardoned?

Someone could be convicted of assaulting and officer by moving too close to an officer (especially with a politically motivated conviction like this). If they threw a punch or destroyed property, then they should remain in jail. That's where I'm at.

Sprayed bear mace, hit them with lumbar, involved in trying to break barricades inside the offices.
Anyone apart of this in the hallway area was responsible.

If they DID it, they should be in jail. "In the area" is less severe.

That's my opinion. I can't control whatever it is Trump really did. I can disagree with it, but he's still the better choice for America given what our options were.

Either that or there reading club is lacking. They obviously cannot read, have never been through airport security.

Ignorance of the law is no excuse.

No it’s not. Anyone pushing to get in were part of crushing the officer. Zero business being there. That’s attempted manslaughter.
Trump wasn’t the better choice. Republicans should have kicked him to the curb. If the choice was voting for Trump or not voting. That was the better option. After witnessing the amounts of money being poured in and the fact that voters are no longer the priority vs billionaires/millionaires either party. Not voting is the preferred choice.
He’s going to put more power in the hands of the executive branch. The executive branch is already dwarfing the other branches. It’s going to make what Dubya and FDR did look like child’s play.

Good one. I am in tears at your attempt at inspiring intellectual discourse. There is hope for you lefties yet, America needs bartenders with jokes.

The Capitol of the United States of America was assaulted. The convicted felon with many bankruptcies, civil suit settlements in the tens of millions with millions outstanding, saved by reelection from dozens of criminal state and federal charges, who pardoned these insurrectionists.

A waking, talking encyclopedia of cheating, deception, fraud, lies and crime.

So, what's this intellectual discourse you raise? Keep in mind you're on a board with posters capable of interpreting intellectualism.

Rep. Dan Goldman yesterday called J6 "blasphemous" and the "darkest day in American Democracy" lmao.

That's not claiming it was worse than all those other events combined but it does make he and chishawk soulmates. 🤣
Doesn’t matter Elon gave a Nazi salute. That is his most recent talking point that he heard on television, memorized and started repeating and posting.

Nazis, we’re all Nazis!

Yes, you have pegged it correctly if you are a left wing lawfare zealot that thinks skewing the justice system is ok. The wisdom of the American voter says that you are not correct.
