Nice to know he's changed his mind about Cruz's natural born citizenship. That is totally brilliant.

Floating idea of cruz as his vp!

It's too bad that his wife is not a natural born citizen. It seems that if they could stretch the laws a bit to fit Cruz, that perhaps they could come up with some jerry-rigged logic for her being eligible. (We do not seem, as a nation, to care about fine points of the Constitution any more, so why not just go for it?)

Perhaps she could be VP in all respects except succession and Cruz could be sort of a specially designated "President in waiting."
