Trump would add twice as much to national debt as Harris, study finds

And you trust that Trump will deport millions, have huge increases in tariffs and fire 10s of thousands of government workers? What do you believe the impact of that will be on the economy?
If successful it would be complete devastation. That's how anybody with a brain knows it's all bullshit.

Rifler and Hans are almost certainly boomers, who still live in an imaginary world where their party was the responsible one. They remember when doctors, lawyers, scientists, white collar professionals were the base of their party. Creatives, commies, union members, gays and blacks were the Dems. Since the Trump takeover, things have changed, Trump drove those folks out, he also drove out traditional conservative free market ideology. It's a populist party. 20% tariffs. Mass deportation. Control over the Fed. Taxes? For suckers. Who cares about the debt?

For Rifler and Hans, it's easier to just close their eyes and plug their ears and rely on their imagination. Don't like what a study says? Pretend it doesn't exist. Convince yourself it's bullshit. Reasoning? No need, it's all a matter of faith.
I know a lot of boomers that are stuck in the past. This is a prime example. Plus they ignore the fact that Reagan blew a hole in the debt. His polices were crap.

By proclaiming "X" amount of tariffs it boils down to one-half of goods qualifying non-agriculture enters the country duty free, thus not subject to tariffs, and trade agreements are in place when applicable.

Same applies to agriculture products though the ratios are different. The problem is when tariffs are applied the importer pays the tariff fee, not the exporting country as the Orange Mullet Head fanaticizes.

Not all boomers are Republicans, and you can bet there are some of us that know the trickle-down shit the nudge that started the economy on its slide. It wasn't only the binary slide "trickle-down theory" but the philosophical movement with his "government isn't the solution, it's the problem" mantra that seemed innocent at the time but created an entire movement which spawned media networks, political affiliations, congressional alignments, public views, everything that shaped the world to the point where we are.

He became a worship figure in the Republican party. Not healthy. Scandals in his administration were rampant which is synonymous with abject loyalty.

The Reagan worship shaped Republican politics to this day, now overtaken by the Orange Turd worship. If he were alive, he would not be happy with where the Republican party has taken them.

Why would anyone say it? What character for a person campaigning for POTUS would say things like that if they didn't mean it?

WTF is going on here. Is it supposed to be comedy? JFC, this is supposed to be someone we trust with the nation's security.

There are millions of us that feel like not turning the keys over to a rambling idiot.

I don't think she did specifically say it. I think she said that she supported the Biden tax proposals without any thought as to some of the specific items. This particular proposal isn't even hers. It's been out there for a long time and you didn't even hear about it until recently because it was never going anywhere.

Are you really bringing this up as a question of character when presented with the alternative?????
