When your people compromise targets, how do they become groomed?

But what you put in quotes isn’t a quote of Tulsi. I wanted to see what was actually said, and how it was being interpreted.
The closest I find to what you put in quotes is from her video on Twitter:

That she thinks instead of dissembling about how the labs are US funded but not ‘US run’ we should focus on containing and destroying any dangers therein?
I thought Nuland’s response was unequivocal regarding the dangers present in those labs, surely that’s not the point of contention.

So what is the lie?

You can misinform people by making inappropriate associations, without outright lying about it.

As for propagation of misinformation, my belief is the emphasis should be on the eyes rather than the lies. I take Twitter with a grain of salt, I see you take it pretty seriously, I’d posit that as an explanation for why you are more concerned with Gabbard’s Twitter takes than I.
I’m honestly having a hard time following you. I was born several years after Vietnam ended, but I have never been a supporter of that war and have admired those who spoke out, including Fonda, SDS, etc.
I’m of the mind that the first casualty of war is the truth. I’m more troubled by quashing of discourse than inclusion of problematic content. Air it all out: truth and lies. I’d rather contend with lies than be sheltered from them.
