I dunno. Most people missed the main event anyways. A LOT of people that have never cared about boxing actually watched it. And enjoyed it. Watched the undercards out at the sister in laws house around a bunch of hillbilly hunting type buddies of theirs. None had any idea how fight cards work and that there was actually more than one match going on. I saw a group of people interested in something that resembles a ball game that went back and forth vs a melee that's over in 10 minutes like all this UFC shit that pushed boxing aside. But it does more harm than good for a sport like boxing which already had issues and low popularity.
I lived boxing when I a kid. My dad had a descrambler he got from a dude at work so I got to watch all the pay per view at the peak of boxing. It was nostalgic watching and getting interested in it even if I didnt know who the fighters were. It makes me want to catch more boxing again. It'd be cool if that one event can be a catalyst for more boxing events.
