both of those teams have no inside game. You need good guards but if all you do is live on the perimeter you are going to have trouble.I would have argued for Morgan early in the season, but definitely not now. Lohaus might be a decent valley player, but not a Big ten player, as he is really not even a true PG.
Still don't want to face WSU. They are a very deep team, with great 2 great senior guards and that's the mold for March Madness success.

Is the score for real, just saw a short glimpse on TV, in the 50's? Or not/nice little win for the boys there...
Yes, it's real, welcome to MVC basketball. Is the score for real, just saw a short glimpse on TV, in the 50's? Or not/

Not unless they win the Valley. Earlier I thought the MVC was a 2 bid league but not so much now unless WSU goes down.Their top 3 wins are impressive(UNC, ISU, and @WS). If they keep their win streak rolling, they will get into the NCAA conversation.
If you hate running and enjoy watching the ball walked up the court and held until 5 seconds remain on the shot clock then Coach Jake is your man.I agree the Valley will get one bid at most. Any valley team that wants to make the NCAA had better win the conference tourney. Right now, as I said, I like UNI's chances.
BTW: I just noticed that UNI scored 15 points in the second half yesterday...and WON by 3. I wonder how many teams have done that? I knew neither team was scoring much in the second half, but I was still shocked to see the numbers. That's what makes college basketball so much fun. The kids play hard every night, and ya never know what might happen...this year, perhaps, more so than any other.
Yes I saw UNI score all of 15 points in the 2nd half. Don't tell me they are not a tempo team.Did you see the game yesterday? That's not what Wichita or UNI did. UNI can and does run, but they can also play great D, which both teams did in the second half yesterday. I thought it was a great game to watch. The intensity was off the charts. I'll take that any day of the week.
