As much as I can't stand O $ U...I loved that beatdown they gave Oregon and it's "Pac-12" speed.

They gave Em a good old Big Ten beating.

Finally.. Finally gentlemen...We have a Big Ten national champion. I don't think I could've taken another season of, "The Big Ten is awful" talk.

My niece's husband is from Arkansas. He has a a big list of reasons why he hates Ohio State like deliberately using Maurice Clarett for just one year and then discarding him because they didn't need him anymore. Why the hell would you want to discard your best RB, by far and he was only a freshman. That's so illogical as to make we wonder what people use their ability to reason for. He also was upset, (and yes he really was upset), because they ran the score up on Wisconsin instead a taking a knee. I told him they had a 40+ point lead by the beginning of the 4th quarter and should they have started to take a knee on every play until the end of the game? He said "Yes that's right. they should have." and I said "So you are saying they should have given Wisconsin a fair chance to come back?" and he said "Yes". Unbelievable.

them on their own field. Tennessee got the slap pissed of them 59-14. At no time did Oregon show any "Mercy" as they werestill throwing late in the game. I don't ask for mercy and it's up to tyhe defense to stop the other team from scoring and they didn't get it done.wWe were a bad team and bad teams get to eat dirt. In eating dirt, the coach gets to find out just who don't like the taste and will fight harder next time to keep from having "Turf}"

He emptid the bench for much of the 2nd half letting walk-ons and 3rd teamers play in order to evaluate them. With numbers being what they are and recruits limited to 85 scholarships, some who performed badly might be told to transfer. Next year was being looked at rather than simple sportsmanship
3 TDs surrendered didn't set well and there may be some things changed. I figure that about 8 of those 3rd teamers that didn't perform very well will be encouraged to transfer. Some did well. Some did not Cest la vie

Except Oregon had 3 timeouts. He kneels out the clock they call timeouts, he would give the ball back. You go for it to eliminate any questions and the opposing coach from the equation. Especially when you are trying to win a title against a high powered offense.

And yeah Oregon runs a high speed offense after being up by 50, so they have no room to talk.
