The depth is very good, but to take the next step we need the cream to rise to the top. You have CP, WM, Jedi… then a bunch of guys who look great at times and disappear at others. Need more to step up consistently. Curious to see what things look like after next summer when Poch has more time with them.

We have a really solid b squad!

Probably more of B-/C squad.

January games should taken with a grain of salt but really like what I saw from Luna, Agyemang and McGlynn. Would like see some of them with the 1st team

Overall I like the depth, but we need to find CBs we can trust back there. In nations league matches, I believe our starting duo was Richards and Ream. Ream has proven far more reliable than I’d have thought 3 years ago…but he’ll be I think 38 at next WC. We really need to find someone to succeed him and find some depth. Just haven’t had guys really make that spot there’s in awhile.

Ream really aged well, but father time is undefeated... not sure how much longer he's got before he falls off a cliff.
