The MLS reserve league is great for young players like him to get acclimated to their pro club. Really interested to see him develop.

Wait was he playing in top MLS there or was he playing in MLS reserve?

Regardless, I wish someone would find a way to get this kid to Dortmund's youth program. I feel like he'd develop better in a good academy in Europe than playing full MLS matches back home.

That looks like a reserve league game. I'm not sure of the rules but I think he bounces back and forth between the Union and their reserve team. He's actually going to Manchester City when he turns 18. Definitely unusual since that's years away
 
Why I’m never completely unhappy about positive results in road CONCACAF games…outside of Mexico you just never know what you’re getting.

The better and better players we have the more and more unaccustomed they will be to playing on bad surfaces.

I've heard that poor pitch is a reason that EPL teams can sometimes struggle against lower division squads in the FA cup.
