They scheduled this on the same week as the NCAA basketball tournament knowing that the American players would be more worried about how their brackets were doing than playing soccer.

This is accurate. There are no Brian McBrides or Clint Dempseys or Landon Donovans walking onto the pitch. We have Weston who will make a terrible play, get pissed then wreck someone... but that's not a dog. That's an undisciplined player.

Team lacks toughness… no Gooch or Dempsey… closest thing is McKennie but he’s not even that tough. We have a weak back line, nearly average keeper and no real scoring threat. This team just isn’t good. Might have more talented or skilled players than in the past, but those teams in the past played with a chip and were tough as nails. Haven’t seen anything like that in years.
